- State v. Brennco, Inc. - Farm operation applying manure with a traveling gun applicator, causing a fish kill in nearby river, was not exempt from the Clean Water Act because there was no evidence that the runoff was a result of rainwater coming into contact with the manure and flowing into the nearby river.
