Women involved in agriculture will gather on Friday, March 28, 2014 for the East Ohio Women in Agriculture Conference in New Philadelphia, Ohio. OSU's Peggy Kirk Hall, assistant professor and director of the Agricultural and Resource Law Program, will serve as the keynote speaker. Her topic will be “How Well Do You Know Your Legal System?” The conference program also includes a networking fair and 12 breakout sessions focused around the themes of Community Connections, Food and Family, Business and Finance, and Grow it, Make it, Sell it. The Ohio FFA Association State Officer Team will present a special morning youth session for high school aged females.
