On Saturday March 8, 2014, OSU Extension Agricultural & Resource Law Attorney, Peggy Hall, and Extension Educator, Emily Adams, will present at the Southwest Ohio Small Farm Conference in Wilmington, Ohio. They will present two sessions: "Setting up Your Food Business: Risk Reduction Strategies" and "Selling Your Meat, Eggs and Produce: Keeping it Safe and Legal."
On Saturday March 22, 2014, Hall and Adams will present at the Northeast Ohio Small Farm Conference in Canfield, Ohio. They will present one session on "Preparing & Selling Food Products: Rules, Regulations, and Liability." Hall will also present one session on "Small Farm Legal Liability Issues."
