OSU's Peggy Hall presented Engaging in the Food System--Challenges for Local Food Producers at the State Food Policy Summit hosted by OSU's John Glenn College of Public Affairs on June 4, 2015. Hall discussed two food policy issues that impact food producers: food safety regulations and local land use regulations. The Summit is an annual event that joins food policy interests from across Ohio together to foster awareness of food policy activities and possibilities at the state level.
