Pesticide use and subsequent damage to neighboring crops is an ongoing problem for producers across the country this year.  Learn more about the legal issues surrounding recent pesticide problems in a free webinar presented by the Agriculture and Food Law Consortium on Wednesday, November 1, at 12 noon (ET).  “From Farm Fields to the Courthouse: Legal Issues Surrounding Pesticide Use" with attorneys Rusty Rumley and Tiffany Dowell Lashmet will address regulatory issues and neighbor versus neighbor complaints, state bans on application of certain products, legal issues surrounding the regulatory approval process,  and current litigation pesticides.  Details on this upcoming webinar, including sign-in information, are available here.  Ohio State's Agricultural and Resource Law Program is a partner in the Agriculture and Food Law Consortium, an agricultural law research and outreach project led by the National Agricultural Law Center.
