Once you own the property what are your legal responsibilities? We will cover some common legal issues that concern woodland owners.

LPA, who will discuss legal options for transfering land and equipment ownership, retirement, and health care planning, all with a focus on keeping the family farm viable into the future.  Part one will take place on Monday, January 28 with Extension Educator David Marrison, who will address family communication, transitioning management, and getting your affairs in order.
