Topic: Dairy Risk Management Tools for Producers

A three-part miniseries of webinars targeted for the Ohio Dairy Industry covering:
• milk pricing,
• dairy fundamental outlook and trade,
• and dairy risk management tools.


Each session will be no longer than one hour and include two speakers with options for discussion at the end from Noon to 1:00 pm EST. Session one will occur November 5, 2020 to address the current concerns of Ohio dairy producers.

Session two will cover supply and demand of dairy market fundamentals and international trade prospects on November 17, 2020.

Session three will be presented November 24, 2020 and cover dairy risk management tools.

These webinars are scheduled to assist dairy producers to make informed decisions about enrolling in the federal safety net program prior to the mid-December deadline as well as explore other available price risk management tools.
